EXTRACT LABS, INC. operates from a single facility at 1399 Horizon Ave., Lafayette, CO 80026. There is no second trading name, no separate online identity and no affiliate program placing this catalogue with people we have never met.

Where the plant material comes from
An extract can only be as good as what went into the vessel, and most of the quality argument in this industry is settled long before anybody switches a pump on.

Extraction concentrates whatever is present, including the things nobody wants concentrated. That single fact is why the screening happens at the door rather than at the end.
Traceability
Following a lot in both directions
Every extraction run is recorded against the input lot it consumed and the output lot it produced. From a bottle in somebody's hand we can name the grower; from a grower's delivery we can name every customer who received material from it.
- Forward. Input lot to extraction run to finished goods lot to the orders it shipped on.
- Backward. A lot number on a label to the run, the method, the operator, the release tests and the grower.
- Retention. Samples of both input and output kept for the shelf life plus one year.
- Recall. A recall that cannot name the affected customers is not a recall, and this is the record that makes it possible.

Send the lot number from a label to support@extractlabsinc.com and we return the extraction method, the date, the release test results and the certificate. There is no form to fill in and no account needed.
People
Who answers an enquiry
A small team, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm Mountain from the Lafayette site, reachable at support@extractlabsinc.com. That inbox is the only channel: no outsourced call centre, no third-party chat widget, no social media account answering questions about orders it cannot see.
Keeping it written is deliberate. A question about a lot, a method or a limit deserves an answer somebody can check afterwards, and email leaves both of us with the same copy of it.
- Can send a certificate of analysis, name a method, confirm a lot and expiry, or trace an input.
- Can start a return or a replacement on the same working day.
- Can remove a cell number from the text program at once, without asking why.
- Cannot advise on dose, interaction or suitability. Nobody here is your clinician, and the team is instructed to say so plainly rather than improvise.
Data
What happens to your details
The short version is here; the Privacy policy is what binds us.
- Personal information is not sold. Not to data brokers, not to other manufacturers, at any price.
- No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent sit outside every other category of sharing in the policy.
- Card details are not retained beyond the charge they were given for.
- Lot records are kept against shipments, because traceability is the whole point of the paperwork above.
- You can ask what is held and have it deleted by writing to support@extractlabsinc.com.
