Leaving the text program
Three ways out, all immediate
No reason is needed and none will be asked for. Leaving the notice list changes nothing about your prices, your orders or your returns.
- Send STOP in reply. Quickest of the three, and the carriers act on it themselves. Send HELP instead and you get our contact details back.
- Use the form beside this. The number is flagged removed the moment it is submitted.
- Email support@extractlabsinc.com with the number, and we do it during Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm Mountain.

Unaffected
What stopping does not touch
- Your prices. There is no rate that depends on taking messages.
- Your orders. Anything already placed ships as normal, with email updates as normal.
- Your returns. The 180-day window is untouched.
- Your certificates. Ask for a certificate of analysis and it arrives the same working day, exactly as before.
Coming back later
A removal is not permanent by design. Add the number again from the home page or the enquiries page and the record is reinstated with a fresh consent timestamp. We will not do that for you, and an old consent is not treated as still live.
