What turns two emails into one
None of it is required, but each line saves a round trip.
- The lot number from the label, if the question is about material. It unlocks the whole traceability record in one lookup.
- Your order number, or the delivery address if it is lost. Either finds the order.
- What you want to happen. A certificate sent, a return started, a method confirmed, a replacement issued.
- A photograph if a parcel arrived damaged. It settles the carrier claim without a second exchange.
- The cell number if the question is about text messages, so we act on the right record.
