The short version

Published because a policy nobody reads protects nobody. It summarises; the numbered sections below are what binds us.

  • We collect what an order needs: name, email, delivery address and payment details, plus a cell number if, and only if, you ask for text notices.
  • Personal information is not sold. Not to data brokers, not to other manufacturers, at any price.
  • No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented or shared, and sit outside every other kind of data sharing described below.
  • Text messages are marketing only and opt-in only. Order paperwork and certificates go by email, never by text.
  • You can leave whenever you want by sending STOP in reply or using the removal form.
  • Consent to text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
  • You can ask what is held on you and ask for it to be deleted, at support@extractlabsinc.com.
  • We do not knowingly deal with anyone under 18.

Personal information given to extractlabsinc.com is handled by EXTRACT LABS, INC. (EIN 81-4105433), which trades as EXTRACT LABS INC. This policy records what is collected, what it is used for, the limited circumstances in which it is disclosed, and how you can see, correct or delete it.

1. What we collect

Three kinds of information, and no more than each purpose needs:

  • What you tell us: your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and a mobile number if you ask for texts.
  • What the visit records: IP address, browser, the pages opened and when, gathered through cookies and similar technology.
  • What the device reports: device identifiers and mobile network information, used to render the site properly.

2. How your mobile number is treated

A mobile number reaches us only when you enter it and tick the box, and that is your consent for EXTRACT LABS INC to send recurring automated marketing and informational text messages to it. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The number and the consent attached to it are not sold, not rented and not shared, and they are carved out of every other sharing arrangement set out below.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Fulfill your requests and deliver the communications you opted into.
  • Send transactional messages such as confirmations and updates.
  • Deliver promotional offers and announcements (with your consent).
  • Improve our website and customer experience.
  • Respond to support inquiries and comply with legal obligations.

4. Tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and traffic analysis. They can be managed or removed entirely through your browser, and the site remains usable if you do.

5. Who else sees it

Your personal information is not for sale, at any price, to anybody. It is shared with the service providers who make the transaction work, namely payment, shipping, the SMS platform and analytics; where the law compels disclosure; and on a transfer of the business. SMS opt-in data is excluded from all three, as set out above.

6. Your rights over this data

Residents of California may ask what is held, have it deleted, and opt out of its sale, though nothing here is sold in the first place. Exercising any of those rights costs nothing and changes nothing about how you are treated. Write to support@extractlabsinc.com. We answer requests from outside California on the same footing.

7. How the data is protected

We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures, and keep access to a need-to-know basis. Even so, nothing transmitted over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Keeping this current

We update this page when what we do changes. The date shown at the top tells you when it last did.

There is no form and no statute to quote. Email support@extractlabsinc.com during Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm Mountain, or write to EXTRACT LABS, INC., 1399 Horizon Ave., Lafayette, CO 80026, US. Say what you want to know, correct or delete. We acknowledge within two business days and finish within 30 days, confirming back in writing.

To leave the marketing text program, send STOP in reply to any message, use the removal form, or email and ask. All three take effect immediately. The Terms cover the rest of the relationship, including the 180-day return window.
