What comes out of the extractor, and how we know.
Extract Labs, Inc. operates a botanical extraction facility at 1399 Horizon Ave. in Lafayette, CO. This page is the process, the limits we hold ourselves to, and the parts we refuse to say. It is written for people who want to read a method before they read a marketing line.
Extraction is the whole business. A plant goes in, a concentrated fraction comes out, and everything worth knowing about the result is decided by which solvent was used, at what temperature and for how long. Those choices are below, alongside what each one costs you in the finished material.

Method
Three ways to pull a compound out of a plant
Each one produces a genuinely different material. Anybody who tells you their method is simply the best is selling the method, not the result.

Why we run all three rather than picking a favourite
Because the honest answer to "which is best" is "for what". A facility with one extractor has to argue that its method suits every input, and that argument is always weaker than the equipment bill behind it. Running three means the method gets chosen by the plant.
Testing
What every lot is tested for before it leaves
No lot is released on a specimen certificate from a previous run. These are the panels, the limits, and who does the work.

- Certificates travel with the lot. Ask for the certificate of analysis for what you bought and it is sent the same working day, whole, not a summary.
- A failing lot is not reworked into a passing one. It is quarantined and destroyed, and the input is traced back to its grower.
- Retention samples are kept for the shelf life of the lot plus one year, so a question asked later can still be answered from the material rather than from paperwork.
Limits
What we will not say
Finished goods in the GlucoAura line are dietary supplements. Under United States law that means they are not drugs, and we will not write about them as though they were. Specifically, this company does not claim that anything it makes:
- diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease or condition;
- works in place of a prescribed medicine or of a clinician's advice;
- produces a stated effect within a stated number of days;
- is clinically proven, where what exists is one small trial;
- is safe taken alongside your prescriptions, which only your own clinician can judge.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Take the question to a qualified healthcare professional before you begin, above all if you are on prescription medication, managing a condition, pregnant or nursing. Nothing here is intended for anyone under 18.
Find copy anywhere on this site that reads like a health claim and write to support@extractlabsinc.com quoting the page. We treat it as a defect and correct it.

Entirely optional, and skipping it changes nothing about what you pay or how quickly you are answered. Before adding a number, this is the whole of what you would be agreeing to.

- Send STOP in reply and they end. Send HELP and you get our contact details. The removal form has the same effect.

Can I see a certificate of analysis before I buy?
Yes. Write to support@extractlabsinc.com naming the line and we send the current lot's certificate in full. If a lot has no third-party certificate, we say so rather than sending you an old one.

Do you make the finished bottles as well as the extract?
We extract. Encapsulation and bottling are done by a contract facility that we name on request, and the extraction lot number stays attached through to the finished goods so the chain can be followed both ways.

Is anything here a subscription?
No. Every order is a single purchase. No card is held for a later charge and there is nothing to cancel afterwards.

Are the text messages my order updates?
No, and we are careful about the distinction. The text program is marketing only. Order confirmations, shipping documents and certificates always go to your email address and are never sent by text. Joining the text list is optional, separate from ordering, and reversible at any time with STOP.

What happens to the number I give you?
It is stored against your record so we know who asked and when. It is never put up for sale, never rented out and never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Send STOP, or use the removal form, and it is flagged removed.

Can you tell me what to take, or how much?
No. We can tell you what is in a lot, how it was extracted and what it tested at. Whether it suits you, and at what amount, is a question for your own clinician, who knows the rest of your situation.

What if something arrives wrong or damaged?
That is ours to fix. Email support@extractlabsinc.com saying what happened and we replace it at our cost, return shipping included. The general return window is 180 days from delivery, opened or not.
